As part of the public outreach process, the Engaging & Strengthening Hudson County Initiative wants your input, collected on a map!
Specifically, residents are invited to comment on the parks, roads, and facilities that Hudson County is responsible for. Tell us how that walking path in Braddock Park could be improved, if a pedestrian signal along John F Kennedy Blvd doesn’t seem to work, or how well one of our County facilities is connected to public transit. With your feedback, the County will have a better understanding how these areas are used and can plan for improved experiences and future resiliency.
We also want your input on your commute to work and where you think bike lanes should be installed. Draw and comment on your work commute so we have a better idea how our roads are being used; draw a desired bike lane so the County can plan appropriate cycling facilities.
Please visit http://gis.hcnj.us/publicinput/, read the instructions, and comment on as many sites as you’d like! Your input will help inform our Initiative.
